The rugga boys took on formidable club, Hamiltons. The Ikey Tigers, playing their fourth game in two weeks, outscored Hamiltons three tries to two but still went down 23-15. Find a review of the game here: http://tinyurl.com/5sdnrse
The boys now have a break until May 7, followed by the biggie: Intervarsity in Stellenbosch on May 14.
In the soccer, the Ladies faired the best drawing to UWC 2-2. Playing at home on the Kopano Astro, their game was followed by the UCT Men's 1st Team, who unfortunately went down 1-2 to a strong UWC side.
Both teams will take on UCT rivals Stellenbosch on Wednesday 27 April (Freedom Day) during the day. Games are being played at UWC B with the Women's 1st Team kicking off at 10am and the Men's 1st Team at 12h00.
